We bring cocktails to a new level here in The Yard, from Move to the Beet, crafted with Monkey 47, Longueville Apple Brandy, beetroot, Yard chili-choc bitters, and Lavender foam, to Siar an Bóthar, which uses all local products including Herterich’s bacon infused Jameson Black Barrell, Connemara wash, PX Sherry, heather honey, and lavender smoke.
