Cancellation Policy*
In the unlikely event that you may need to cancel or adjust your reservation within 48 hours of your scheduled arrival date, that will result in a minimum of the first night’s charge per room to the credit card provided at the time of booking or charged against a deposit that has been received.
All cancellations must be done so in writing by emailing info@thehousehotel.ie
No Show Rooms
If, for any reason, you will be arriving after 10 pm on the arrival date, please advise reception in advance. If we have not been advised of a late arrival, we will automatically release the room by 10 pm and the cancellation fee will apply.
Third Party Sites
Any rooms booked through third party side for example booking.com must be cancelled directly with the third party site

Galway Races Package: Full prepayment is taken 3 weeks in advance of arrival. Final cancellation deadline is 3 weeks in advance
Advance Purchase Package: Full payment is taken at the time of booking. This is a non-refundable package for booking early but can be transferred to an alternative date, subject to availability
AMEX CARDS
Please note that as a merchant, we apply a 3% surcharge on the total bill when using an American Express card. This surcharge helps us offset the higher processing fees associated with American Express transactions. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy your experience with us.
