Galway Cathedral is the seat of the Bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Galway, Kilmachuagh & Kilfenora. The Cathedral of Galway is dedicated to Our Lady Assumed into Heaven and Saint Nicholas.
Mass is celebrated each day in Galway Cathedral and The Cathedral is usually open from 8.30am until 6.30pm.
